✈️ Fresh Sky AI for Civil Air Patrol Tools Why Contact
Civic · $14.99/month · 40 units/day · 200/month

Paid planning tools for the people who fly the missions.

Unofficial, experimental CAP modules. Practical tools for Civil Air Patrol volunteers: regulation source leads, cadet Achievement Test practice, and de-identified squadron meeting drafts. Every output is a review aid; current CAP publications and authorized leaders remain the source of truth.

The pitch, short version

I'm a Civil Air Patrol member. I'm also a software engineer who builds AI tools for civic problems through Fresh Sky LLC. CAP eats so much volunteer time on admin — looking up the right CAPR section, prepping cadets for AT cycles, building meeting agendas — that I built focused tools to take the worst of it off your plate.

Three apps live now: CAPR Search answers regulation questions in plain language with citations · CAPStudy generates Achievement Test practice questions for cadets across the Curry through Eaker progression · CAPMeeting builds a 90-minute squadron meeting agenda with safety briefing, AE moment, and drill plan from a few inputs.

All three include three previews, then Civic access at $14.99/month with 40 usage units per day and 200 per month. Civic access covers CivicOps and CAP modules only; it does not include non-Civic Fresh Sky products. Existing eligible subscriptions continue to be recognized. No long-term contracts.

Tools

Live and roadmap. Live tools you can try right now. Roadmap items I'll prioritize based on what members ask for.

📖

CAPR Search Live Every member

Plain-language Q&A over CAP regulations and pamphlets. Ask "which current regulation governs the Cadet Protection Program?" — get a source lead validated against a dated CAP NHQ publication index. Always open the official document before relying on the summary.

Try it →
Beats skimming 200-page regs or arguing in Facebook groups.
🎓

CAPStudy Live Cadets

Achievement Test practice generator. Pick your current achievement (Curry → Mitchell → Eaker), get instant practice questions with explanations. Covers Leadership Lab + Aerospace Education topics for the entire cadet program.

Try it →
Tests every 2 months. This shrinks study time + raises pass rates.
📋

CAPMeeting Live Squadron commanders

Weekly squadron meeting agenda builder. Tell it your meeting date, who's attending, and current focus area — get a complete 90-minute agenda with safety briefing, AE moment, drill plan, and time blocks.

Try it →
Saves the squadron CC ~30-45 min of weekly prep.
📜

CAP Form Drafter Live

Draft supporting text for a CAP form after confirming its number, title, and revision in the current CAP NHQ Forms Library. Unconfirmed or retired form references are clearly refused instead of guessed.

Calls out missing facts and routes you back to the current official form before submission.
🪖

Specialty Track Coach Live

Build a 6-month specialty-track study and OJT plan using current CAP pamphlet references, mentor prompts, and practical checkpoints. Exact official requirements are never invented.

Personalized to your track, current rating, and hours per month; the current guide and eServices record remain controlling.
📊

SUI Prep Checklist Live

Week-by-week Subordinate Unit Inspection preparation grounded in CAPR 20-3 and the exact current worksheet for your unit and inspection cycle.

Squadron-level audit prep that doesn't depend on remembering every CAPR.

Have something else that eats time?

If a CAP task — recurring or annual — eats your evenings, send me a non-sensitive description and I'll consider it for the paid tool roadmap. Same constraint as the live tools: nothing that touches live mission ops, rosters, CAPIDs, PHI, incident identifiers, operational secrets, or eServices.

Why this exists

Why a CAP member would build focused tools for CAP, and what's NOT in scope.

What's deliberately out of scope
